The Access Platforms MR10 and MR20 provide a reader interface for low power, multi-track, multi-format, ruggedized, indoor/outdoor, high performance access control. Both units are capable of supporting variable bit patterns in Wiegand or clock and data, making them compatible with a wide range of access control panels. Both also feature bi-color visual indicators and variable annunciation. With attractive die cast metal housing, both units are suitable for a broad range of environments.

The MR10 reader offers a basic magnetic card stripe interface, accepting low or high-coercivity magnetic stripe cards with standard track 2 encoding. Track1 and track 3 versions are also available. Suitable for any setting, the MR20 differs from the MR10 in that it incorporates a 12-position membrane keypad. All signal lines are protected from Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). The nominal distance between the reader and the controller is 500 feet.
