Polycarbonate protection for smoke detectors where abuse is severe, whether accidental or malicious. The Polycarbonate Detector Stopper is easy to install in areas where severe vandalism or physical abuse is causing false fire alarms or high maintenance costs to your smoke detectors. An alternative to the Steel Web Stoppers, this polycarbonate version can be used in prisons and hospitals as the slots are narrow. They are available for flush or surface mounted applications with exposed conduit.
HOW IT WORKS
A simple 4 fixing point installation makes them easy to mount, and removal is simple for servicing the protected device. They are supplied with a full installation fixing kit, tamper resistant fixings are available if additional security is required.
